Julia Wasilewski, MA
Julia Wasilewski is a Research Specialist at the Qualitative, Evaluation and Stakeholder Engagement (Qual EASE) Research Core. She holds an MA in Sociology from the University of Toronto. Her research interests broadly revolve around gender, sexuality, and the body. Julia hopes to eventually be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide direct services to individuals suffering from eating disorders, particularly those who are excluded from dominant discourses about eating disorders.
Julia is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has been teaching since 2015. An advocate of mindful movement and somatic approaches to healing, Julia is currently working toward a trauma-informed yoga certification.
